I hate them too but they have to be posted to make sure the board runs smoothly so just read them anyway
Register with your characters name. Not OTHfan43 or anything like that.
All characters must have a last name.
Read the plot
Read any sub-plots
This site is for all rp levels but I require that a post is at least four sentances, I think everyone can manage that
Swearing is allowed because they are teenagers but not every other word. Give your character a bigger vocabulary than just swearing
This board is 'R' rated which means sex, drugs and rock and roll are allowed. But if things do get frisky place a warning in the title so young eyes are able to tell not to read if they do not wish to
Do not post in a reserved thread! It's just not fair
No text speak unless its on any of the IM forums

Pregnancies and death have to be cleared with an admin first. I don't want everyone commiting suicide with pregnant bellies.

If you make a girl and then another girl you have to make your next charrie a guy so we get an all right boy/girl ratio. I hate it when there is like 100 girls and 10 guys.
